Its technical team receives continuous and specialized training to ensure that its professionals can provide a local quality technical support for all the products supplied by STI.
All the installation, integration, configuration, commissioning, site-survey services, as well as the training activities are optionally provided by STI Telecom.
With its own laboratory, the STI Telecom ensures its customers the corrective and preventive maintenance of all equipments supplied in Brazil. Thus, we have reduced the need for return of products to its factories, reducing the time and associated costs.
